Mindfulness is an inner resource that can be cultivated anytime, anywhere, by anyone. With practice, we develop our human capacity to be more present, aware and open to experiencing greater calm, clarity and contentment. This can help us navigate challenging moments in life when they arise in a kinder and gentler way. Mindfulness is a practice that should be accessible to all. Our mission is to provide greater access to mindfulness practices for children in underserved communities and for non-profit institutions.

At Mindfulness for All, we believe that mindfulness can start at any age. Cultivating inner resources for self-regulation, resilience and self-compassion can have life-long benefits. Learn breathing exercises, practice mindful movement, develop skills of concentration and relaxation through playful, themed classes.

Whether through an Introduction to Mindfulness workshop or an MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) course, practice building essential mindfulness tools to enrich self-care and support a sustainable work life.
